Users

The Users page shows all members of your space and lets you invite new collaborators.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access — add/remove devices, manage tags, connectors, invite users, change space settings
UserRead-only — view devices and messages, cannot make changes

Inviting a User

  1. Go to Users in the left sidebar
  2. Click + INVITE USER
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Select their role (Admin or User)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invited person receives an email with a link. They can accept the invitation and sign in with:

  • Email & password (register a new account if they don't have one)
  • Google account
  • Microsoft account

A user can be a member of multiple spaces simultaneously, with different roles in each.

Removing a User

Open the three-dot menu next to the user's name and select Remove. The user loses access to the space immediately. Their account is not deleted — they simply no longer have access to this space.

Transferring Ownership

The space owner can transfer ownership to another Admin member via Space Settings → Transfer Ownership.
